Responsibilities
Perform daily accounting operations: accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accurate and reliable financial data.
Assist with compiling monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Manage employee expense reports, weekly check runs, and credit card reconciliations.
Monitor and reconcile balance sheet accounts; research and resolve variances.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
Assist with audit preparations, preparing schedules and compiling documentation.
Handle intercompany transactions and reconcile related accounts.
Uphold internal controls, accounting policies, and GAAP compliance.
Partner with operations and functional teams to resolve discrepancies and support process enhancements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2‑5 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
Solid knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles.
Proficiency in Excel and experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
