• Record daily financial transactions and reconcile general ledger accounts. • Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions. • Process weekly payroll and maintain related employee records. • Prepare monthly bank and credit card reconciliations. • Assist in preparing financial statements and supporting documentation for management. • Ensure all transactions are properly documented and comply with internal controls. Core Competencies
• 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience required. • Proficiency with QuickBooks, Excel, and general accounting software. • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team.
