Welcome to Mills Auto Group, where we are currently seeking an Experienced Warranty Administrator to join our team in Atlanta, GA. As a Warranty Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless processing of warranty claims and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Process warranty claims accurately and in a timely manner
Communicate with manufacturers to resolve warranty issues
Maintain organized records of warranty claims and approvals
Assist customers with warranty-related inquiries
Requirements:
Prior experience in warranty administration
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication skills
Proficiency in using warranty claim software
Benefits:
Competitive compensation: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Book warranty repair orders.
Submit claims of manufacturer warranty and follow up
Service contract claim submission and follow up.
Maintain receivables schedules.
Work closely with a team of technicians, service writers, and supervisors
REQUIREMENTS:
Warranty experience preferred
Detail-oriented
Ability to work well with others and be part of a team
Proficiency Microsoft Office
General accounting knowledge preferred
