Account Executive – United States , you will lead IWBC’s expansion across the continent by combining strategic market analysis with hands‑on execution. This role is all about building long‑term, trust‑based relationships with key stakeholders in premium venues, from Michelin‑star restaurants to iconic distributors. You’ll collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams and adapt your approach to diverse cultures and market dynamics, driving tailored activations and measurable growth.

What You’ll Do

Develop, collaborate and implement On‑Premise & distributor key stakeholder influence strategies for the priority United States cities to drive distribution, positioning and value‑led results for the IWBC portfolio

Work with the ‘Top 75’ accounts within the market – leading direct conversations with each selected account and developing a profile on each

Implement and execute programs that deliver on distribution and promotional goals, turning plans into results

Build and maintain strong relationships internally and externally with key decision‑makers, distributor partners, and influencers in priority regions

Identify emerging trends in the international wine trade, customer and consumer needs and competitive wine‑trade dynamics across the United States market

Collaborate with the marketing team to drive key market activation

Evaluate key performance metrics and results, including ROI analysis

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Management, or related

2‑3 years of sales experience in fine wine or luxury spirits

Wine education level (WSET level 3 in wine preferable as a minimum)

Resourceful and disciplined around function budgets

A strong understanding of the United States beverage alcohol industry including trading processes and basic supply chain experience

A driven, entrepreneurial individual that recognizes all opportunities

Strong connections to the fine wine on‑premise community including Sommeliers, F&B buyers, and GMs

Highly organized, detail oriented and financially capable

You are centrally located in either New York City (NY), Chicago (IL), Los Angeles (CA), Austin (TX), Dallas (TX), or Miami (FL)

You are a master relationship builder, able to connect authentically with everyone from owners to sommeliers, and you understand that influence often comes from unexpected places.

You thrive in high‑end hospitality environments and premium venues, bringing a genuine passion for fine wine and a deep respect for the craft and culture of the industry.

You are entrepreneurial, resourceful, and highly organized—able to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously while maintaining a disciplined approach to budgets and business goals.
