BODYARMOR is looking for a Business Planning Manager to join our team. The Business Planning Manager is responsible for partnering closely with Sales Directors/VPs and the RGM Team, leading trade spend accrual management and volume forecasting for a set of customers. The role will manage the month-end trade spend close process including accrual reconciliations, reporting and analysis of customer/bottler results versus plan and prior year. Thought leader on business process, trade system and sales reporting work streams; provides recommendations to leadership on enhancement system and process improvement initiatives. RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage trade spend and promotional budgets with RGM and sales leaders Work with the Sales team to ensure promotion and trade spend funding is input in the system for Bodyarmor and Powerade Engage RGM managers to help ensure promotional spending is approved per the price pack plan and annual budget. Enhance volume and trade spend reporting capabilities, working cross-functionally with IT and commercial counterparts to rationalize data sources and build reports that enhance visibility to business trends by retailer, distributor, and product. Use analytical expertise to guide sales volume forecasting; reference historical sales data, promotional lifts, price environment and other factors to make volume forecast recommendations. Perform detailed rate analysis to understand price, mix, and volume trends across key customers, identifying underlying drivers of performance and informing strategic pricing on promotional decisions. Provide strategic recommendations to drive topline growth, leveraging insights from customer performance, promotional effectiveness, and channel dynamics. Ensure accurate record of customer discounts in the planning tool for communication with distributor partners and for trade accrual purposes. Continuous focus on improving the trade spend accrual process to improve accuracy and efficiency from budget to settlement. Responsible for periodic or ad hoc sales reporting and analysis tasks, interpreting various volume and trade spend data sets to synthesize and share insights with Sales and Commercial leadership. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree required 5+ years of experience, preferably within corporate finance, trade spend or public accounting required Experience as a leader or Sr. Analyst required Public Accounting experience a plus Expert in MS Excel and PowerPoint Very strong communication skillsReliable, hard-working & proactive team player with can-do attitude Creative thinker who can work independently Ability to multi-task and set priorities in a fast-paced environment and influence across the network The Coca-Cola Company will not offer sponsorship for employment status (including, but not limited to, H1-B visa status and other employment-based nonimmigrant visas) for this position. Skills: Pay Range: $101,000 - $125,000 Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered. Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage: 15 Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
