Backed by a passionate international team, we’re building operational excellence that ensures every customer enjoys a seamless, high-quality experience — from order to installation.

We’re looking for a Warehouse Manager who’s strategic, hands‑on, and ready to lead the operations of our U.S. warehouse. You’ll oversee all warehouse activities — from inventory control and logistics coordination to safety, staffing, and process optimization — ensuring every product leaves our facility meeting the PERGOLUX standard.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead inventory management — track, forecast, and maintain optimal stock levels.

  • Coordinate inbound shipments, container unloading, and vendor deliveries to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

  • Supervise outbound fulfillment — picking, packing, labeling, and shipping in alignment with quality standards.

  • Manage consumable inventory (e.g., packaging materials, labels) and supplier relationships to ensure timely replenishment.

  • Hire, train, and develop warehouse staff; foster a safe, positive, and efficient work environment.

  • Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular audits and training to ensure compliance.

  • Monitor and improve quality control — reducing errors, minimizing claims, and maintaining shipment accuracy.

  • Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements to streamline workflows and reduce costs.

  • Oversee equipment maintenance and scheduling to minimize downtime.

  • Collaborate with Customer Service on delivery‑related issues and spare part shipments.

  • Develop and manage the warehouse budget, ensuring cost‑effective and efficient operations.

  • Maintain detailed documentation of warehouse activities and prepare regular performance reports.

  • Promote sustainability and ensure compliance with environmental standards in daily operations.

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in warehouse management or operations leadership.

  • Strong knowledge of inventory control, logistics, and warehouse systems.

  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.

  • Thorough understanding of warehouse safety standards and compliance practices.

  • Analytical mindset with a track record of driving process improvement.

  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong communication and problem‑solving skills with a hands‑on approach.

Bonus Points

  • Experience managing multiple locations or large‑scale warehouse operations.

  • Background in e‑commerce fulfillment or direct‑to‑consumer logistics.

  • Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies.
