Responsibilities
All Responsibilities associated with Developer – Level III Advise others on detailed specifications for translations into structured application programs conforming to established ServiceNow IT SDLC methodology and standards. Accountable for completion of work on time to meet business performance expectations. Supervise the writing/revision of program documentation, application operational procedures, and client user guide in accordance with ServiceNow standards and client needs. Collaborate with BSAs, QA, PMs and adopt a product management mindset and build - don't just take orders. Qualifications
BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. At least 4 years of hands-on experience developing software in developing, integrating, and maintaining applications using ServiceNow Platform technology and tools. 5+ years of experience in software application development. Holds certifications in ServiceNow System Administration and ServiceNow Application Developer. Knows how to translate business problems into software & technical requirements. Proficiency in ServiceNow, JavaScript, JAVA, SQL, and building REST/SOAP APIs. Desirable skills - HTML, CSS, Angular JS or React JS and JQuery. Ability to effectively manage your time across multiple projects in an Agile environment. Can use Eclipse IDE, GIT, Maven, Ant and Jenkins or equivalent. Has high coding standards & can maintain them even when the pressure is on. Advanced proficiency in analysis, and communication skills (verbal and written) across all organizational levels.
