This position executes the customer-facing digital/technology strategy as defined by digital/technology product managers. It contributes to the product roadmap and sets priorities for tasks within defined constraints. The role involves troubleshooting and resolving issues in the customer experience by collaborating with business and technical teams. The Product Owner may lead small teams on lower-complexity products. Position Compensation Range:

$86,000.00 - $142,000.00 Pay Rate Type:

Salary Compensation may vary based on job level and geographic location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates. Primary Accountabilities

Execute various digital/technology product initiatives across all stages, including MDM experience, product planning, customer research, roadmap planning, development sprints, piloting, product launch, metrics analysis, and post-launch improvements. Act as the translator for customer, market, and internal stakeholder needs, including business lines and cross-functional teams. Identify objectives and key results; analyze customer feedback and usage metrics to recognize pain points and opportunities. Train customers on new features in partnership with stakeholders. Define and prioritize product backlog items aligned with epics, ensuring backlog visibility and clarity. Identify, track, and mitigate product dependencies. Incorporate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to improve user satisfaction. Leverage design thinking, UX, and other frameworks to adopt a flexible, hybrid methodology suited to the team, product, and customer. Knowledge and Skills Requirements

Experience providing customer-driven solutions; Reltio experience is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of the technology industry, emerging digital solutions, data science, and industry standards. Familiarity with agile methodologies, managing data and tech solutions, and industry best practices. Understanding of digital products' market landscape, users, and applications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience fostering collaborative, cross-functional teams. Critical thinking skills for analyzing opportunities and making recommendations. Results-oriented with a bias for action, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines. Additional Information: Travel up to 10% required. Work involves primarily sitting/standing.
