Description
We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst with expertise in IVR systems to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing Avaya-based IT platforms within the telecom industry. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to deliver impactful solutions.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive support for Avaya-based IT systems, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.
Gather and document detailed requirements for telephony platforms, aligning them with business needs.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to drive project success.
Utilize prewritten scripts to extract and analyze data, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions, facilitating seamless integration and implementation.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain operational efficiency.
Contribute to the development of strategies for system improvement and scalability.
Maintain clear and concise documentation for processes, requirements, and system updates.
Requirements
Proven experience working with Avaya systems in a business analyst capacity.
Strong proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write and execute queries.
Demonstrated ability to gather, analyze, and document requirements effectively.
Excellent collaboration skills, with experience working alongside stakeholders and technical teams.
Familiarity with IVR systems and telephony platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
