Description Robert Half is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the planning, implementation, and tracking of IT projects across our organization.

The IT Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of internal stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex IT projects, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

The IT Project Manager will work directly within the Project Management Office, supporting projects under the guidance of senior leadership to ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, and compliance with enterprise standards.

Essential Job Duties:

Lead the planning, implementation, and tracking of IT and other projects, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.

Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.

Work with and motivate stakeholders, including vendors, to deliver project outcomes.

Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and communicate status to stakeholders.

Facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration for successful outcomes.

Develop and maintain project documentation such as charters, requirements, and testing plans.

Provide regular status updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Ensure projects adhere to industry best practices and internal policies.

Promote continuous improvement within project teams by refining practices, tools, and techniques, including agile methodologies.

Perform other duties as needed.

The ideal candidate will have:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field (preferred).

Knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.

Technical knowledge in software development, database management, networking, security, and related areas.

PMP or Agile certification (preferred).

Minimum of 5 years' experience managing complex IT projects, with a successful track record.

Experience leading cross-functional teams, including IT staff, contractors, and vendors.

Experience managing large-scale IT projects, budgets, and risk mitigation.
