The Electrical/Electronic Engineer will design, develop, test, and supervise manufacturing of electrical and electronics equipment, including broadcast and communication systems, electric motors, machinery controls, lighting, wiring, radar, navigation systems, and transmission devices. EE’s work closely with computers, specializing in power generation, transmission, distribution, communications, and electrical equipment manufacturing. Responsibilities include designing new products, setting performance requirements, developing maintenance schedules, testing equipment, troubleshooting, and estimating project costs and timelines. Work Model

Onsite/In-Office Responsibilities

Essential Duties & Job Functions: Provide engineering & support services for C2 facilities, including AV design and installation of space operations centers, mission systems, and workstations for quick mission assessment and decision-making. Configure equipment for integrated systems. Support programming for audiovisual controllers. Identify materials needed for integration tasks. Conduct system tests per test plans to ensure full operation. Ensure compatibility with interfacing systems, subsystems, and software. Troubleshoot issues and advise on corrective actions. Coordinate acceptance and handover with government representatives. Provide training and documentation for new systems. Build and link control system viewers and integrate room scheduling and AV switch matrices. Apply Security Technical Implementation Guides to AV solutions. Accountable For

Completing work professionally and timely. Self-education to stay current with industry trends and technologies. Keeping managers informed and collaborating effectively. Meeting deadlines and managing tasks efficiently. Job Requirements

Mandatory: Bachelor’s Degree or 7 years relevant AV Design/Engineering experience. Active TS/SCI Clearance. Experience in AV Engineering & Design. Knowledge of quality monitoring during design and development. Ability to pass background checks and drug tests. Preferred: CTS-D, CQD certifications or equivalents. Certification in Extron, QSYS, AMX, etc. Working Conditions
