Hear Carolina, a full-service independent private audiology practice nestled in southern North Carolina, has an opening for an
Audiologist
at their Lumberton, NC, location. The
Audiologist
will utilize the full scope of audiology, providing audiological hearing evaluation and diagnostics, including but not limited to vestibular assessment, cochlear implants, pediatric hearing, and vestibular evaluation.
Candidates with interests and experience in any area of audiology are encouraged to apply. The position might be modified depending on the candidate's experiences or interests.
Responsibilities:
Neurodiagnostic vestibular evaluation
Adult diagnostics and care
Pediatric services, including auditory evoked potentials and DPOAEs
Auditory processing evaluations
Tinnitus evaluation and care
VA Community Care program provider
Cochlear implant services
Aural rehabilitation therapy
Requirements: Master’s degree and/or Doctorate in Audiology
Audiology License in North Carolina (or ability to obtain license)
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize and handle a full schedule of patients
Ability to work independently
