QLS is seeking aBusiness Application Developerto help maintain and enhance our Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Experience and Business Central) platforms. This hands-on role also supports development across the Power Platform, delivering secure, scalable solutions that meet business needs. You’ll work closely with analysts, testers and users to support ongoing digital transformation. In this role you will:

Design, develop, test, and debug Dynamics 365, Power Pages and Power Platform apps Build secure, efficient, and scalable solutions across CRM and financial systems Manage CI/CD pipelines and data integrations using Azure DevOps and Azure Data Factory Collaborate with analysts and testers to deliver user-focused technical outcomes Support and maintain Power Pages infrastructure in partnership with IT Operations Investigate issues, implement effective fixes, and reduce technical debt Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to ongoing process improvements Maintain technical documentation and stay current with Microsoft technologies Ideally you will have the following:

5+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 development (Sales and Marketing modules) Expertise in ALM, Power Platform, and integration across Microsoft technologies Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Azure Data Factory and CI/CD pipeline management Proven experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams Experience with Power Apps Portals and other front-end interfaces for Dynamics Ability to translate business needs into robust technical designs and solutions Relevant qualifications and certifications (e.g. PL-400, AZ-400) are highly desirable.
