We're Hiring: Leave Specialist
Location: Cleveland, OH | Full-Time
We're seeking an experienced Leave Specialist to manage and administer leave of absence and accommodation programs (FMLA, ADA, Workers' Comp, etc.) across a multi-state workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee leave cases, return-to-work, and accommodations. Serve as a trusted advisor to managers, employees, and HRBPs. Ensure compliance with federal and state leave laws. Partner with vendors and internal teams to streamline processes. Analyze leave trends and provide data-driven insights. Respond to employee inquiries and support ongoing HR initiatives. What You Bring:
5+ years in leave/absence management. Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, Workers' Comp, and related laws. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; especially Excel and Outlook. Ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism. Multi-state exposure.
