Registered Nurse – Home Health @ Bridge Home Health Fresno This 13‑week home health RN position involves caring for geriatric patients within a 50‑mile radius of the Fresno office.

Shift:

Day – 8x5 (09:00 – 17:00), 40 hrs/week

Location:

155 E Shaw Ave #204, Fresno, CA 93710

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care to patients in their homes, averaging 5‑7 patients per day.

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care primarily for geriatric patients.

Travel within a 50‑mile radius from the office; mileage reimbursed at IRS standard rate.

Work within existing travel schedules; no on‑call or first‑time travel requirement.

Maintain patient records in the HCHB EMR system.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of home‑health nursing experience.

Valid California RN license.

BLS certification required.

Experience with Oasis, Home Health, and HCHB EMR systems.

Additional Information Applicants with pending licenses or no oasis experience are not considered. Locals may be accepted at the travel rate.
