You will be the THAAD Interceptor Services Depot Site Coordinator, reporting to the THAAD Interceptor Production Operations Senior Manager. Our team is responsible for coordinating post-production missile activities at Lockheed Martin factories to meet overall program objectives. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of depot maintenance events and production operations. What You Will Be Doing As the THAAD Interceptor Services Depot Site Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating post-production missile activities, resolving potential production problems, and identifying opportunities to improve turnaround time. You will work closely with various sites, Production, Planning & Control (PP&C), and other functions to ensure that personnel, equipment, materials, and services are provided to meet program objectives. Your responsibilities will include: Scheduling and coordinating post-production missile activities at Lockheed Martin factories Coordinating with sites regarding priorities related to depot maintenance events Resolving potential production problems to ensure that personnel, equipment, materials, and services are provided Identifying and coordinating hardware configuration swaps to ensure movement throughout all affected facilities Prioritizing S-notes and coordinating dispositions with appropriate functions Initiating Program Directives as needed to facilitate direction to sites and funding for Surveillance Items/Repairs Performing Control Account Manager duties associated with Stockpile Reliability Testing and Missile Repair CLINs for US and FMS contracts Developing Production Operations BOE's for future US and FMS SRT/Field Return proposals Maintaining an awareness of all efforts of maintenance onsite and at vendor/subcontractors Why Join Us We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as the THAAD Interceptor Services Depot Site Coordinator. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $95,000 - $167,440. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
