Job Summary
The Department of Event Management, Dining, and Hospitality provides the campus community and guests with high-quality, efficient, and innovative event services and dining options. This position assists in food and kitchen equipment storage and other manual labor tasks. It supports a welcoming and inclusive food service environment.

Salary Rate / Pay Rate $19.62 per hour
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Post‑offer pre‑employment physical exam required.
Preferred Qualifications
One year of custodial or related work experience.
Knowledge and acceptance of diversity principles.
Familiarity with cleaning materials, methods, and equipment.
Excellent communication; read/write; follow oral/written instructions; work independently.
Team player; flexibility; results oriented.
Basic mechanical ability; heavy lifting.
Ability to train and instruct student employees.
Functional Expectations Must be able to stand for extended periods; lift up to 50 lbs; perform standing, walking, reaching, kneeling, stooping, crouching, and seeing.
