A large Hospital in the San Diego area is looking for 3 Pharmacy Technicians to join their team to support an upcoming project. This position is responsible for administrative and clerical support of the Home Health department. These functions include oversight of the fax queue, faxing and scanning; maintaining records of daily home visits, scheduling deliveries, confirming clinical information; generating reports as required, processing charges, and filing documents appropriately. On average, this individual will receive around 120 phone calls a day and needs to have experience with a high volume of incoming calls. This position is partially patient facing and this individual will be responsible for assisting patients in a professional manner who need to come in person to pick up their medications.

2 years of experience as a pharmacy Technician
Previous home health, home infusion pharmacy experience Or experience within Retail Pharmacy
Bilingual English/ Spanish 1.5 year of experience as a Pharmacy Technician
Experience with Microsoft Office, Meditech, Epic or other healthcare related programs
Experience with multiple phone lines
