CNC Milling Machinist
Our client, a leader in precision manufacturing, is seeking a CNC Milling Machinist to join their team. As a CNC Milling Machinist, you will be part of a skilled workforce supporting innovative machinery production. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and effective time management abilities which will align successfully in the organization. This position is a Direct Hire opportunity. Job Title: CNC Milling Machinist (Direct Hire) Location: Hanover, PA Pay Range: $22-30 Hourly Shift: 1st Shift & 2nd Shift What's the Job? Operate CNC milling machines to produce high-quality parts. Load parts, prove programs, and perform simple edits while inspecting parts for quality. Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure precision. Calculate and set machining factors such as speed, feed, and depth of cut. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and adhere to safety regulations. What's Needed? High school diploma or equivalent; machining certificate preferred. Minimum of six months of related machining experience. Ability to read and understand G-code or knowledge of CNC programming. Proficiency in interpreting drawings with geometric tolerances.
