$120,000 – $150,000 (DOE) (Bonus, Equity, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) match, Paid Time Off, and Professional Development Stipend) About the Role As Senior Project Manager, you will own the delivery and profitability of our most complex structural projects—including commercial, aviation, healthcare, education, and mission-critical facilities. You will lead a high-caliber team, nurture client relationships, drive new business, and ensure technical excellence from design through construction. Key Responsibilities Lead structural design, documentation, and construction support on complex projects exceeding $10M Approve all change orders > $50K; oversee project scope, schedule, and budget Manage a team of 8–10 engineers, designers, BIM leads, and EITs Conduct quarterly profitability reviews; maintain ≥18% gross margins Drive business development—bring in new clients and expand sectors, especially healthcare Represent the firm in interviews, proposals, and PCI precast certification outreach Take over and recover stalled projects (average delay of 120 days) Implement improved workflows (Ajera) to streamline billing and resource planning Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering (Structural); MS preferred Active Structural Engineer (SE) license (required) At least 10 years of experience managing teams on structural projects exceeding $10M Proven client portfolio with 3+ accounts generating $5M+ annual revenue PCI certification in precast design; experience in litigation testimony Expertise in RAM, Tekla, Revit, and BIM 360 Strong leadership, communication, and business development skills Fast-track Principal candidate with a “rainmaker” mindset (50% technical / 50% BD) Apply Now!
