to join our growing team. This exciting new opportunity focuses on optimizing the customer journey and driving significant improvements to our website performance. As an
Associate E-Commerce Manager - Site Journey , you will work closely with the E-Commerce Manager to develop and execute strategies that enhance customer engagement, conversion, and overall user experience on Dermalogica.com. Using a data-driven approach, you will analyze web traffic, site engagement, and sales data to prioritize opportunities and report on the business impact of your optimization efforts. Key Responsibilities: Develop a CRO and customer journey strategy for Dermalogica.com in collaboration with the E-Commerce Manager Use web traffic, site engagement, sales, and lead gen data to prioritize opportunities and report on the business impact of your optimization efforts Partner with UI/UX teams to build a deeper understanding of visitor and customer behaviors on our site, creating testable hypotheses and impactful web initiatives Assist in QA-ing Dermalogica.com Assist with A/B testing ideation, competitive landscape reporting, and compiling results/trends in site performance Support stakeholder requests and troubleshooting from cross-functional teams: marketing, customer service, warehouse, IT, etc. Monitor, track, and report on A/B tests, site analytics, and KPIs supporting Conversion and User Experience Qualifications: 2+ years of e-commerce analytics experience
required Experience with website A/B testing and optimization
required Performance-driven mentality to drive significant improvements to website performance Strong analytical skills and expertise in data analytics Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly respond to situations Key Qualities: Data-driven mindset with proficiency in tools like Hot Jar, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Intellimize, Excel, and Tableau Basic knowledge of HTML, JS & CSS is
a plus Background in e-commerce or digital conversion funnels/flows is
