Position Description
F-15 Avionics Req:
Job Description Summary: Supports developing, analyzing collecting, and storing various system support technical data elements and specifications for evaluation and assists with making recommendations. Supports providing recommendations on product supportability and establishing product supportability operational maintenance tasks, resources, and support systems to achieve supportability requirements for a single equipment subsystem. Assists with identifying and analyzing logistics support candidates from product definition and develops logistics support analysis records and report. Supports determining spares provisioning requirements for spare and replacement parts, levels, and stocking for a single customer and contract type. Participates in preparing technical documentation for operating, testing, and maintaining aircraft systems/ components. Supports reviewing aircraft and/or fleet operational performance, reliability, and availability. Requirements
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): • Previous defense platform experience, supporting the military customer (F-15 preferred) • Three years previous F-15 Avionics Systems Maintenance Experience (on aircraft) • Computer literacy/IT Software tool experience (Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): • Communications/Navigations Systems • Electrical Systems • Weapons Systems • Integrations Systems • Radar/Electronic Warfare Systems • Technical Publication Authoring Experience
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience , 7 years' related work experience, etc.).
