We're seeking a highly motivated Salesforce Project Lead/Associate Project Manager to join our growing team! In this critical role, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and delivering complex Salesforce projects for our clients. You will leverage your extensive Salesforce expertise and project management skills to guide cross-functional teams towards achieving successful project outcomes. Responsibilities
Lead and manage Salesforce project lifecycles
from initiation to go-live and post-implementation support. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans
including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies. Work closely with business stakeholders
to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Configure and customize Salesforce solutions
using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Apex to meet client needs. Manage user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure successful system adoption
by end-users. Provide ongoing training and support
to end-users on new functionality and processes. Document project processes and configurations
for future reference and knowledge transfer. Collaborate with developers and other IT professionals
to integrate Salesforce with other systems. Monitor project progress and performance
against established metrics and make necessary adjustments. Manage project risks and dependencies
, proactively identifying and mitigating potential issues. Lead and motivate project teams
to ensure efficient and effective project execution. Qualifications
8+ years of experience in project management, with a minimum of 5 years focused on Salesforce implementations. Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex Salesforce projects on time and within budget. Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform
including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Apex. Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization best practices. Demonstrated proficiency in project management methodologies
such as Agile or Waterfall. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
with the ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of stakeholders. Leadership skills
to inspire and motivate teams, foster a positive work environment, and manage effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
to identify and resolve project challenges. Excellent organizational skills
with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain project timelines. Proficiency in project management tools
such as Salesforce CPQ, Jira, Asana, etc. Good to Have
Experience with Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I). Experience in a specific industry relevant to our company. Experience managing Salesforce integrations with other systems
