Silveredge Government Solutions is seeking a Junior System Administrator with experience in configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, analysis, and repair of Desktop and Server systems, Disaster Recovery Systems, switches, networks, and video systems. The role involves participating in the design, installation, and administration of local systems using multiple protocols and various computer systems. The candidate will write detailed technical problem reports, assist with root cause analysis, and recommend configuration and process improvements. Responsibilities also include installing, upgrading, and administering operating systems and application software in multi-user client/server environments, specifically Windows 11. Providing technical support to users via the IT help desk and maintaining cross-platform interconnectivity for network, authentication, email, and web services are essential parts of this role. Required Qualifications
HS diploma or GED and an Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level I certification as specified in DoD 8570-01-M (A+ CE, CCNA-Security, CND, Network+ CE, or SSCP) Two years of experience in systems administration and desktop support Active TS/SCI clearance Desired Qualifications
