Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead a team while maintaining hands-on technical involvement. This role combines strategic leadership with technical expertise in endpoint management, system configuration, and infrastructure support. Primary Responsibilities Technical Leadership Develop and implement PowerShell automation scripts Manage MECM and MDM platform configurations Oversee operating system imaging and security implementations Infrastructure Management Oversee multi-platform environments (Windows, macOS, Linux) Configure and maintain MDM solutions (Intune, Kandji, SOTI, Knox) Supervise printer and UPS system management Manage and mentor technical support staff Develop team training programs Coordinate with site leadership Implement IT policies and procedures Project Management Lead technical initiatives Develop implementation strategies Manage resource allocation Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field 5+ years IT management experience Strong PowerShell scripting expertise MECM/MDM platform experience Multi-platform system administration background Technical Skills Microsoft Exchange administration Enterprise mobility management PowerShell automation System security implementation Infrastructure optimization Leadership Skills Project management Strategic planning Budget management Additional Requirements Strong communication abilities Problem-solving expertise Seniority level
