Position: Project Manager / Action Officer
TTC is seeking a
Project Manager / Action Officer
to lead projects in an agile, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include managing project resources, developing project plans, tracking progress related to Government organizations computer systems (LANs, WANs, intranets, data communication systems), identifying risks, creating mitigation strategies, and effective stakeholder communication. Our team supports HQ ACC A6 activities. Description The ideal candidate will develop work products supporting task managers in implementing Zero Trust capabilities across the Department of the Air Force. They should be organized, critical thinkers with strong product development skills, capable of navigating diverse expectations within a team. They will respond to action items within their workstream and provide insights to enhance deliverables. Skills & Experience: Active DoD Secret Clearance Preferred experience with ZT/IT/Cyber/Networks and/or the DoD (USAF preferred) Experience working in an Agile environment Proficiency in building and maintaining JIRA projects, filters, reports, dashboards, workflows, and fields Experience with Microsoft Suite for developing work products Ability to drive tactical IT implementation outputs Organized critical thinking skills Ability to manage expectations from multiple teammates Ability to provide insightful feedback to improve work products Strong communication skills, capable of simplifying complex technical concepts Willingness to facilitate technical interviews for new hires to ensure team fit Preferred Skills & Experience: Experience in DoD environment with project management, network/system implementation, maintenance, and modernization Documented project management experience with DoD acquisition processes At least 2 years supporting program office meetings, including US Government-internal meetings, design reviews, technical interchange meetings, etc. Required Skills, Abilities, and Competencies: Technical degree in a related field Minimum 8 years of experience in IT project management or cyber operations Working knowledge of JIRA Effective communication and collaboration skills in high-performance teams Knowledge of Risk Management Framework, Common Criteria, and System Security Policy related to assessments and authorizations Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Ability to travel within CONUS All TTC employees are responsible for safeguarding information and systems, complying with policies, and reporting security incidents immediately.
