Responsibilities:
Incident Management: Troubleshoot, investigate, triage and coordinate incidents with stakeholders. Problem Management: Work with developers and other infra teams for determining RCA and implement preventative measures. Address and triage to resolve recurring issues with a permanent fix. Autosys Batch Monitoring: Provide daily batch support and generate status reports. Environment Patching Management: Support infra patch upgrades, coordinate post-patching checks, and take QA checkouts for signoffs. Middleware Certificate Management: Support and coordinate between RLC and app team for renewal of certificates. Post-certificate renewal, take signoff from stakeholders. Environment Monitoring: Monitor server using AppDynamics, configure alerts and policies for proactive monitoring, and conduct database health monitoring. Daily and Weekly Incident and Environment Downtime Reporting. Skills:
7+ years of experience required in a relevant field with handling a team. Proficient knowledge of Unix complex commands and shell scripting. Working knowledge of Autosys tool, Informatica, and Cloudera. Middleware knowledge: Application servers, Web servers (Tomcat), MQ, and Kafka. Web development and API knowledge. Hands-on experience with Azure monitoring tools, AppDynamics, Splunk, and Grafana. Good knowledge of Oracle (SQL/PLSQL). Good knowledge of HTTP, SSH, and FTP. Understanding of JAVA-based applications. Excellent communication and email writing skills.
