Job Description
Pay Rate:
$13.44/hour Procom Services is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer for a contract in Memphis, TN. Responsibilities:
Provide Level-1 support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals, including hardware and software troubleshooting. Coordinate hardware repairs with OEM vendors and manage returns. Maintain software configurations and support software installation and troubleshooting. Assist in IT infrastructure projects and perform routine maintenance and support tasks. Support employees with technical issues via on-site or remote support (VPN). Escalate issues appropriately and communicate effectively with customers and team members. Participate in training and develop support procedures. Qualifications:
1-2+ years of relevant experience preferred. Associate's Degree or equivalent experience required. Strong technical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office. CompTIA A+ Certification recommended. Ability to lift 50 lbs and travel as needed. Assignment Length:
