Sev1Tech is seeking a skilled and experienced
Integrated Logistics Support Manager (ILS Manager)
to join our dynamic logistics team. As an ILS Manager, you will play a critical role in coordinating and executing logistical operations to ensure the smooth flow of materials, supplies, and services within our organization. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Support the development of IPS elements within PdM Network Modernization systems portfolio, including early development, planning, and staffing of critical design documents to field tactical communication system capabilities in accordance with AR 700-127, AR 700-142 & DA PAM 700-142. Provide logistics engineering support for Depot Level, Direct Support, and Organizational level technical supply and support for NetMod Product line, including maintenance under warranty, CLS, or organic demand. Maintain an inventory of repair and replacement parts. Provide field support for PdM Network Modernization systems as needed. Interface with technical teams to resolve repair and troubleshooting faults. Ensure seamless integration with existing maintenance warranty or organic maintenance strategies. Support development of two-level maintenance concepts involving field and depot levels for various systems. Provide depot-level support, including maintenance, inventory management, spares support, emergency on-site service, and repair activity tracking. Coordinate fielding, refurbishment, and reconstitution schedules with stakeholders. Serve as a logistics management specialist overseeing planning, coordination, and evaluation of IPS for complex systems with emerging technologies. Apply expertise in logistics elements such as maintenance, supply support, training, technical data, and facilities across acquisition programs. Manage logistics from concept through deployment, including planning, liaison, contract monitoring, and support during exercises and tests. Implement DoD, Army, and PEO policies and procedures to support operational requirements. Resolve complex logistics issues across large geographical areas. Develop corrective actions and program improvements. Manage logistics processes throughout research, development, and acquisition phases. Coordinate with logistics managers, contractors, training facilities, and other agencies. Develop and review IPS management and planning documents, ensuring supportability and acquisition reform considerations. Prepare lifecycle funding and budgeting documents for system acquisition. Establish IPS requirements for contracts and monitor development services. Evaluate progress towards IPS objectives and recommend new support concepts. Apply lifecycle management principles, considering environmental and safety factors. Coordinate extensively with other commands, DOD components, and contractors on complex issues. Perform special studies and provide expert advice on logistics matters. Perform other duties as assigned.
