Medi-Weightloss is looking for an exceptional Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in a full-time, part-time, or PRN role across Texas. Clinical Responsibilities: Obtain and review patient's medical and psychosocial history relevant to patient care. Conduct physical examinations following company guidelines. Order and review laboratory studies and diagnostic procedures, including ECGs. Provide Preventive Medicine Counseling, Program counseling, and Product and Supplement Education. Follow prescription guidelines per the collaborative agreement with the supervising physician. Maintain documentation for patient care and medication management in the EMR according to standards. Review patient progress and manage care accordingly. Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and facilities as needed. Conduct follow-up calls to discuss progress and address concerns. General Responsibilities: Review weekly Weight Tracker Report, Slipping Report, and KPIs to oversee clinical operations and mentor staff. Act as the company liaison for medical and clinical affairs at locations. Participate in ongoing training and serve as in-house trainer for medical staff. Identify opportunities to improve clinical operations' efficiency and effectiveness. Develop strategic recommendations to enhance patient experience. Participate in launching new programs, services, and products. Manage projects effectively with strong project management skills.
