Program Overview
Peraton provides USSOCOM, its Component Commands, Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs), deployed forces, CIO/J6, and end-users with high-quality IT platform and network services over an eight-year period.
About The Role
Enterprise Contract (SITEC) - 3 EOM. This position is located at MacDill AFB in Florida.
The purpose of the Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) 3 Enterprise Operations and Maintenance (EOM) Task Order (TO) is to provide USSOCOM, its Component Commands, its Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs), and its deployed forces with Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services to maintain Network Operations (NetOps); maintain systems and network infrastructure; provide end user and common device support; provide configuration, change, license, and asset management; conduct training, and perform Install, Move, Add, Change (IMACs) services. The responsibilities and tasks associated with each requirement play a pivotal role to USSOCOM, the CIO/J6 organization, and ultimately the end-user who operate around the globe 24x7x365.
SCCM Administrators perform tier one and two network support in accordance with the SIE OPORD. SCCM Administrators are responsible for the implementation, and maintenance of our System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) infrastructure.
Manage the deployment and configuration of Windows operating systems, applications, and software updates to client devices. Troubleshoot client-related issues and resolve problems in a timely manner. Deploy applications using SCCM. Manage application dependencies and conflicts. Manage the deployment of software updates, including Windows updates, third-party updates, and security patches. Troubleshoot and resolve SCCM-related issues, including client device problems and application deployment issues. Provide technical support to other IT teams and end-users. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of SCCM infrastructure, including configuration settings and troubleshooting procedures. Share knowledge and best practices with other IT teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
5 years with BS/BA, 3 years with MS/MA, 7 Years with AS/AA or 9 years with HS A DoD TS/SCI clearance is required DoDD 8570.01-M IAT II
Desired Qualifications:
VMware Certified Associate (VCA) OR VMware Certified Technical Associate (VCTA) OR Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate MCSA Server 2016/2019 OR AWS Sys Ops Administrator Associate OR Nutanix Certified Professional OR MCTS: SCCM Experience with other Microsoft products (Microsoft Intune, Azure Active Directory, or other Microsoft cloud services)

Target Salary Range: $66,000 - $106,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
