What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Serve as the primary liaison with key client representatives and oversee service delivery for assigned projects - Drive overall client satisfaction through effective coordination and communication of deliverables - Manage project budgets and report on financial status to clients - Provide strategic guidance and high-level consultative input to clients and internal staff - Oversee day-to-day client-specific projects while ensuring quality and accuracy of deliverables

What is Required (Qualifications): - Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management within law firms, corporate legal departments, or eDiscovery service providers - Strong oral and written communication skills with a confident leadership presence - Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects effectively - Solid understanding of database design, data processing activities, and legal document review requirements - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience; a graduate degree such as a JD or MBA is a plus

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience in consulting, litigation support, paralegal, or attorney roles within relevant environments - Evidence of emerging leadership and staff development skills - Demonstrated success in maintaining client relationships and managing expectations - Familiarity with developing project plans and ensuring timely delivery of services
