BIOTRONIK Neuro is looking to add a Territory Manager to our Neuromodulation Segment in Kentucky. As Territory Manager you will gain market share and achieve sales quota in the spinal cord stimulation business by promoting, selling, and servicing the Biotronik product platform within an assigned territory. The Territory Manager performs field promotional work to sell and develop new business; it may include work with established accounts, or with customers where product acceptance has not been established. You will build strong relationships with key stakeholders in a dynamic sales environment, work independently to exceed sales expectations, and demonstrate tactical, strategic, and analytical skills in business planning and outlook. Your Responsibilities Conduct sales calls to promote, sell, and service BIOTRONIK products and offerings to existing and competitive customers. Support patients throughout the educational and clinical process for spinal cord stimulation therapy. Provide support and technical assistance during the use of BIOTRONIK products during procedures. Develop and implement quarterly sales plans and business reviews to achieve sales goals and objectives. Be a subject matter expert regarding BIOTRONIK products and platforms. Build relationships with key stakeholders (physicians, hospital administrators, Allied Healthcare Professionals, etc.) within the assigned territory. Complete administrative reporting as assigned. Provide ongoing field intelligence reports on competitive activity and market changes. Manage time and company resources effectively. Utilize sales collateral and sales support tools for promotional needs. Train and educate customers on BIOTRONIK’s product portfolio. Maintain fiscal responsibility for assigned BIOTRONIK asset management. Your Profile Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Physiology, Biology, Bio Engineering, Business or equivalent degree, or 4 years of relevant work experience. 2+ years medical device or biotechnology experience required. 1+ years of interventional pain/spine experience in a sales role preferred. Neuromodulation experience within the pain management market preferred. Proven experience in implementing and leading Regional projects. Recognized Region, Area or National Sales Award winners preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Competent leadership and interpersonal skills. Ability to build strong working relationships with external customers. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Experience with direct quota attainment and performance metrics. Solid experience in the overall implantable medical device market. Ability to interface with patients. Basic computer skills required. Must comply with all health and administrative facility credentialing demands. Complies with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations and other regulatory requirements. Schedule flexibility for business and clinical field responsibilities. Ability to work in a geographically diverse environment. Physical Demands Frequently move up to 40 lbs. from floor to chair/table. Constantly operate a computer and other office-productivity equipment. Frequent bending, squatting, and balance activities. Regularly required to be independently mobile. Interact with a computer and communicate with peers, co-workers, healthcare providers, and patients. Must visually examine anatomical structures via radiographic imaging. Must comply with medical facility mandated PPE requirements. Must be able to remain in a stationary position for up to 8 hours per day. Travel Requirements: Must have a valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance policy. Ability to conduct customer contact activities requiring travel within assigned territory >80% of the time. Ability to travel outside of territory
