Senior Associate
to join our dynamic and growing firm. The role involves leading and facilitating buy-side, sell-side, and related transaction advisory engagements, either independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities
Collaborate effectively within teams to deliver high-quality client service. Develop a comprehensive understanding of client operations, processes, and business goals, applying this knowledge throughout engagements. Communicate appropriately with clients and team members, both verbally and electronically. Apply fundamental accounting principles in financial due diligence work. Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy. Prepare financial data books, including ledger build-up, trending income statements and balance sheets, and related schedules. Conduct quality of earnings, cash proof, working capital, net debt, and other financial analyses. Manage data requests and track key issues during transactions. Coordinate and facilitate calls and meetings with clients and target companies. Maintain detailed notes and organize project information efficiently. Draft financial due diligence reports for clients. Manage and mentor staff as needed. Contribute ideas to improve internal processes and client engagements. Work with team members and management to address client issues. Communicate performance, obstacles, and feedback effectively and timely. Own assignments to ensure timely completion and professional growth. Lead discussions with peers, managers, and clients confidently. Demonstrate integrity, objectivity, and uphold high ethical standards. Participate in industry and community networking events to expand professional connections. Qualifications
Undergraduate degree required; CPA preferred but not mandatory. Prior transaction advisory experience is advantageous. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements. Proficiency in financial reporting, analytics, and Excel modeling. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
