Technical Surveillance Countermeasures Practitioner The Opportunity: As a Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) Practitioner, you’ll conduct TSCM, Foreign Visit, Gift Inspection, Digital Counterexploitation, and Technical Evaluation activities supporting the agency TSCM program, TSSC modernization goals, and Office of Counterintelligence Technical CI Division. You’ll maintain familiarization with all governing national and agency policies, ensuring compliance with reporting, training, and regulatory guidelines. What You’ll Work On: Conduct TSCM operations consistent with national and DoD policies. Identify physical and acoustical security deficiencies and develop corrective actions. Analyze complex security issues and provide cost-effective recommendations. Prepare technical risk assessment products, reports, briefings, and administrative communication. Perform RF signal searches and assess signals of interest discovered during surveys. Assist in training technicians for success through on-the-job training programs. Join us. The world can’t wait. You Have: 7+ years of experience in intelligence or counterintelligence Knowledge of TSCM and CI policy and ICD 705 Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph HS diploma or GED Interagency TSCM Certification DoD 8570.01-M IA Level II Certification Nice If You Have: Experience writing and editing technical documents Experience with telephone security requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field Graduate of an accredited federal or DoD CI training academy Clearance: Applicants must be eligible for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required. Compensation Our benefits include health, life, disability, financial, and retirement plans, paid leave, professional development, tuition assistance, work-life programs, and recognition awards. The salary range is $62,000 to $141,000 annually, depending on various factors. This posting closes within 90 days from the posting date.
