Responsibilities include managing process maturity, driving operational excellence, and supporting strategy execution within the DevOps & Capacity function. Qualifications include process and operational management experience, knowledge of CMMI, COBIT, ITIL, SDLC, DORA, and a bachelor’s degree or higher.
