The Opportunity: CCI is currently recruiting a Program Analyst, ICIDS Site Lead to join our team at Fort Belvoir, VA, supporting the Product Manager Force Protection Systems (PdM FPS) contract.

Responsibilities:

Represent the ICIDS program and the PM FPS Program Office to the military installation and the ICIDS installation contractor, from pre-site survey through operations and sustainment. Act as the interface and SME for the sites assigned.

Arrange site meetings, participate in conference calls and design reviews with the site and contractor.

Coordinate with site managers and POCs weekly, and report to the ICIDS Assistant Product Manager.

Manage installation updates, issues during fielding, testing, and sustainment.

Review government cost estimates and prepare technical evaluations for site installation and modifications.

Assess technical, cost, and schedule data, and identify corrective actions.

Prepare Site Survey/Site Design and Implementation Contracts Packages for new sites.

Draft, review, and update documents such as memorandums, papers, briefings, and meeting minutes following DoD policies.

Participate in IPTs, IPRs, milestone decisions, and program updates.

Coordinate conferences, meetings, and reviews, ensuring proper logistics and documentation.

Assist in setting priorities, monitoring progress, and reporting milestones.

Identify and track risks related to projects/installations.

Assist with responses to acquisition and program office tasks.

Required Experience:

Ability to work independently, detail-oriented, organized.

Effective communication skills, both oral and written.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Project.

Knowledge of DoD and Army infrastructure preferred.

Knowledge of Army Physical Security Program and policies preferred.

Experience in project management, engineering management, DoD acquisition, or related fields preferred.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.

Six (6) years of experience, with at least one year in acquisition program analysis preferred.

Pay Range: The salary range is $85,800 - $180,200, depending on various factors including experience, location, and qualifications. We offer comprehensive benefits to support employees and their families.
