Job Opportunity: Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking bilingual (Spanish preferred) certified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) for part-time or full-time roles. We are a clinician-owned home health agency dedicated to serving the special needs community with experienced staff and a strong community focus. Our commitment includes supporting our employees through continuing education, mentorship, and leadership opportunities. Pay Range: $52,200 - $156,000. Job Description:
The SLP will implement treatment programs to assist pediatric patients with cognitive, speech, language, feeding/swallowing, and social/emotional disabilities by planning and administering therapy services in the home and community settings. Requirements:
ASHA certification Texas State SLP License Current CPR certification Minimum 1 year of experience preferred Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care, perform evaluations, develop goals, and create treatment plans in conjunction with physicians. Assist children in developing or regaining cognitive, speech, language, feeding, and social/emotional skills, maximizing their potential. Educate and empower caregivers and families to carry over therapeutic activities. Coordinate with referral partners according to physician orders. Design and instruct home exercise programs for continued therapy post-discharge. Document patient care and care coordination in electronic medical records. Maintain patient confidentiality. Benefits:
