Sigmatech . Sigmatech has an impending need for multiple individuals to develop curriculum for USSF Guardians in the Space Power Disciplines. Job Description Sigmatech is seeking Subject Matter Experts in their field to develop and maintain space operations related materials and lessons. Responsibilities include coordinating, developing, and maintaining space operations lessons, assessing student learning levels, and delivery and measurement methods. Travel may be required but is unlikely. Specific Duties Design, develop, implement, and maintain lesson plans and materials within the USAF Instructional Systems Development (ISD) guidelines to meet government educational requirements. Interface with internal and external agencies and customers to keep education program materials up to date. Additional duties may be assigned. Required Experience Deep knowledge of one or more USSF Space Competencies. Familiarity with Commercial, Civil, and DOD space capabilities and operations. Experience with training and education systems and programs (ISD). Understanding of DoD Operational level command and control. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Top Secret Clearance and SCI eligibility. Completion of Air Force Instructor Course or equivalent is required. Experience with DoD training/education, including planning, developing, and delivering instruction per the ISD model, is essential. Required Education A Master's degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution is required, or 5 years of relevant experience as a substitute. The salary range for this role is $120,000 to $130,000, considering experience, education, key skills, location, and contractual requirements. This position is for an independent contractor (1099), with no benefits, ending no later than 28 Feb 2026. There is no guarantee of work beyond this date.
