Job Title: Analog Mixed Signal Design Engineer

81474 Location: Princeton, New Jersey What you will be doing: This individual will drive the development of state of the art Analog IP/SOCs to meet aggressive power and area specifications.
The individual will be involved in the design of a variety of analog and mixed designs including ADCs, DACs, PLLs, amplifiers etc.
The individual will be expected to hit the ground running, bringing their expertise in mixed signal design to develop best in class mixed signal IP and SOCs.
The individual will be expected to participate in all stages of the design cycle including definition, circuit design and simulation, layout and layout supervision, chip verification and prototype evaluation.
The individual must also be able to coordinate and supervise test efforts in both lab and production test environment.
What you must have: MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field with 10+ years of demonstrated and verifiable experience and proficiency in analog mixed signal design.
Experience design various switched capacitor circuits (ADCs, DACs) etc.
Experience in the design of SAR ADCs
Extensive experience in advanced CMOS technology nodes (16nm and below)
Familiarity with all aspects of the IC design flow
Strong analytical skills and have a working knowledge of modern mixed signal design and testing methods.
Ability to supervise layout resources in layout critical designs
Familiarity with the latest analog and mixed-signal design tools and simulation techniques
Nice to have: Knowledge of behavioral modeling of analog circuits (Verilog, VerilogA, System Verilog, MATLAB etc)
Experience and/or familiarity with SRAM memory design
Familiarity with AI/ML is a plus
Experience with analog IP integration into SOC flows
Experience with SOC level clocking, reset and power management
Experience with Post-Silicon lab bring up, evaluation and debug
