$36.00$39.00 per hour (based on experience and proficiency) Employment Type:

Interpret engineering blueprints and work orders to plan machining operations Perform setups and operate CNC Lathes using work instructions and specifications Load/unload raw materials and components using appropriate lifting equipment Utilize geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) to ensure precision Upload programs using Predator software; adjust tooling and set reference points as needed Conduct in-process inspections using gauges and precision measurement instruments Follow machining operations from setup through completion, ensuring quality and accuracy Identify and report nonconforming components for further quality review Troubleshoot machining issues to maintain productivity and part quality Maintain machine fluids and perform daily preventative maintenance routines Complete required documentation, including labor reporting, SPC, first article inspection, and work order close-out Provide feedback for process improvements when applicable Qualifications & Desired Attributes
Proven ability to read and interpret detailed blueprints and technical drawings Strong understanding of GD&T and high-precision machining standards Experience setting up and running CNC Lathe equipment independently Familiarity with Predator software (preferred) Machining certificate or technical training (preferred but not required) Comfortable using overhead cranes and material handling tools Proficient with inspection equipment and measurement techniques Strong attention to detail, quality-focused, and process-driven Reliable, team-oriented, and able to communicate effectively Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (preferred) This is an opportunity to join a team committed to excellence in aerospace manufacturing, where your skills are valued, and your contributions have a direct impact on mission-critical systems.
