Development Operations Engineer

Infor is looking for a DevOps Engineer who is ready to help improve customer experience by building functional systems that elevate our business. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Amazon Web Services and Azure, including creating cloud formation templates to support custom Java applications. Fluency in Java is required. As a DevOps Engineer, you will collaborate with software engineering and other departments to deploy products, manage infrastructure, and streamline processes through automation. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role. Typical Responsibilities: Work on medium to large-scale environments, providing technical support and troubleshooting. Support scheduled maintenance and disaster recovery efforts. Configure Linux systems and middleware according to documented guidelines. Identify and develop system process improvements and automation. Manage AWS-based automation and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Basic Qualifications: Experience with AWS Cloud Services. Automation experience using Python and PowerShell. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering Technology, with at least 4 years of relevant IT experience.
