Direct message the job poster from TalentOla Position Title: Java Full Stack Developer (Java + Angular) with Snowflake Location: Houston, TX (Local Candidates preferred) Experience Required: 10+ years Job Summary: Skills required in the Order: Secondary: Snowflake Key Responsibilities and Technical Skills: Strong experience with Spring Java, proficient in JEE applications Proficient in Angular / React JS Hands-on experience with MS SQL / Oracle Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Security are a must Experience with service-oriented architectures and RESTful APIs Developing the structure and framework for data storage and processing within Snowflake, focusing on extracting insights, creating reports, and dashboards Data warehousing and modeling expertise: understanding data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and schema design Experience with ETL tools and technologies: Snowflake Developing and maintaining data pipelines from diverse sources into data warehouses or lakes Ensuring data quality and integrity through validation, cleansing, and monitoring ETL processes Coordination of technical resources Proficiency in Perl programming, including syntax, data structures, and libraries; designing, developing, and testing software applications using Perl Experience in JUnit test cases Experience with AWS services (EC2, ECS, S3, CloudWatch, SQS, SNS, Lambda) and API Gateway is preferred Knowledge of web design patterns and front-end technologies like HTML5, jQuery, and MVC frameworks like Spring Proven experience with Cassandra, including data modeling and querying, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Designing, developing, testing, deploying, and scaling web services and applications Excellent technical design and development skills Deep knowledge of the Java ecosystem, tooling, and best practices Deliver high-level system designs Experience in the insurance domain Seniority level
