Data Scientist/Exploitation Specialist
to support mission-critical analytic teams with technical and data science expertise. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in
Python , familiarity with
JEMA , and a background supporting geospatial and multi-INT analytic efforts. This position requires a cleared professional who is comfortable working in a dynamic, on-site environment with limited telework. Responsibilities
Provide hands-on data science and automation support to analytic teams embedded within the Intelligence Community (IC) Develop, maintain, and optimize Python-based scripts, tools, and workflows in support of analytic operations Collaborate with analysts to automate manual processes, improve data pipelines, and integrate structured and unstructured data sources Support geospatial data exploitation using tools like Brewlytics or ArcPro, where applicable Adapt quickly to changing mission requirements and emerging technologies Work closely with a distributed team of analysts, data scientists, and developers, primarily based out of NGA Washington Qualifications
Active TS/SCI clearance with willingness to take a CI polygraph Ability to work on-site 40 hours per week Proficiency in Python for data science and automation tasks Experience with JEMA (Joint Enterprise Modeling and Analytics) Preferred Qualifications Experience across multiple intelligence disciplines, including SIGINT, OSINT, ELINT, GEOINT, MASINT, HUMINT Familiarity with Brewlytics, ArcPro, or other geospatial analysis tools Knowledge of GEOINT collection and associated NGA/NRO systems Proficiency in additional programming languages: R, SQL, HTML, JavaScript Background in analyzing geospatially enabled data Strong ability to learn new tools/technologies and adapt to dynamic mission needs Experience working with remote teams, particularly those based at NGA Washington Prior experience providing embedded data science or automation support to IC analytic teams Bluehawk, LLC. is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action /EOE Minority/Female/Disabled/Veteran/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity Employer
