In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience working with data tools, supporting business users, and contributing to meaningful projects that impact real business decisions. This position follows our hybrid-friendly schedule, so you get the best of both worlds
flexibility and collaboration. In office days will be three per week averaging 12 days per month in our St Petersburg, FL Corporate Office. Please note: This role is not eligible for work visa sponsorship, either currently or in the future. What You'll Do: Assist in switching data sources and ensuring accurate data flow across systems. Support end users by troubleshooting data access issues and resolving reporting errors. Maintain and update reports and data workflows using MS Excel, MS Access, and SQL Server Management Studio. Collaborate with business users to understand data needs and translate them into actionable solutions. Help manage database connections, particularly from MS Access to SQL Server. Participate in documentation and deployment activities within a Waterfall project methodology. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms and reports. What You'll Bring: 1+ year of experience in basic knowledge of databases and data automation. Experience with writing, testing, and debugging scripts. Familiarity with: MS Excel MS Access SQL Server Management Studio MS Visual Studio SharePoint Citrix Experience in: Supporting and training end users Troubleshooting and resolving data-related issues Working within a structured project methodology (Waterfall) Nice to Have: Exposure to scripting or automation in Excel or Access. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn.
