The
Fire Stop Technician
performs duties that ensure the Medical Center’s wall compartmentalization meet all federal, state and local codes. The Technician installs fire retardant material to maintain barrier integrity; including, constructing wall frames, installing drywall, finishing with tape and joint compound and sealing all penetrations with various fire stop materials.
