Overview
Infrastructure Management:
Drive infra project life cycle – Server provisioning to Cutover.
Work with infra and app teams on requirement gathering to implementation.
Review and analyze infrastructure architecture and identify the gaps.
Perform WINDOWS OS patching and other administration tasks for Private & Public cloud projects
Guide app team to troubleshoot infra related issues.
Be the SME for Windows administration and automation.
Operation & Process:
Prepares technical project plans for new initiatives in BAU
Collaborates with Application teams and other infra teams to develop technical solutions and enhancements.
Drive the on boarding of new applications on to the production environment.
Maintain Security:
In accordance with Bank’s security directives, assists to deploy, maintain, and enhance the security of all infrastructure systems through administrative, preventive, detective, and reactive controls, such as change and configuration management, anti-virus measures, patch management, and system scans.
Requirements:
At least
6-9 years of relevant Infrastructure support and OS administration Minimum
4 years hands-on working experience managing production application support Possess good technical knowledge of
Windows Operating System (2022,2019,2016,2012 ), MS and VCS Clustering, Citrix, VMware, SSH, RDP, IIS & Hardware knowledge . Hands-on experience in
Windows OS patching, administration and PowerShell scripting. Experience in
troubleshooting and performance tuning & debugging the memory dumps for RCA (Windows & Citrix) Experience in
implementing and managing Citrix 7.x, NetScaler. Storefront etc. Scripting knowledge in
Python Script and PowerShell
will be desirable; to automate and avoid repetitive tasks. Experience in
middleware (Connect Direct and SSH, IIS)
and ability in supporting application setup will be an added advantage. Respond to support emails, phone calls and alert notifications in a timely manner and complete all necessary follow-up Good command in Microsoft Office products. Work in a 24x7 shift environment. Perform routine system maintenance tasks. Maintain system security to ensure continuous availability of Windows servers. Must have good communication and writing skills.
