Your role will include facilitating individual and group therapy sessions, overseeing medication management, and participating in intensive outpatient programs. Key Responsibilities: Establish strong provider-patient relationships and coordinate care with other healthcare providers. Conduct comprehensive outpatient psychiatric evaluations and manage ongoing medication therapy. Enhance the learning experience of graduate students participating in our programs. Screen and assess patients for common mental health and substance use disorders. Deliver treatment for diverse mental health issues utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and other evidence-based practices. Continuously monitor treatment responses and track patient progress, addressing any clinical symptoms or side effects. Represent our practice in community lectures and outreach initiatives. Maintain accurate electronic medical records (Athena) and clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards. Required Qualifications: Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field. A clear, active, and unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC) in the practice state. Preferred Qualifications: Over 2 years of social work or clinical experience following your Master's degree. Experience providing direct psychotherapy to individuals and families. Proficiency with technology for communication and medical documentation, including Excel, Outlook, Athena RMS or other EHRs. Ability to function both independently and collaboratively with effectiveness.
