Overview: We are seeking a skilled QA Engineer with strong ETL automated testing experience. This role is responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of our data systems through rigorous functional, load, usability, and integration testing, with a focus on automation and continuous integration. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and review business requirements, technical design documents, and specifications to deliver timely and actionable feedback. Actively contribute to all phases of the SDLC, including requirements analysis, design, sprint planning, QA planning, and sprint reviews. Plan, estimate, and prioritize testing activities across multiple projects. Design, document, and maintain test plans, test cases, data sets, and automated test scripts. Execute automated tests, analyze outcomes, and report results with actionable insights. Conduct risk assessments and validate business and data requirements. Identify, investigate, and document bugs and defects clearly and thoroughly. Monitor, triage, and follow through on issue resolution and defect lifecycle management. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience. Proven experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium with Java or similar). Strong background in building and maintaining test automation frameworks (Java, Perl, etc.). Hands-on experience with load, integration, security, and server-side testing. Proficient in relational databases (MySQL, MS SQL Server, Oracle, etc.). Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD tools and pipelines.
