Hoover Energy Services has openings for
Automation Technician IV
to help expand our efforts in the fast-paced, and growing oil and gas market in the Permian Basin of West Texas and New Mexico. Ideal Automation Technician IV
would have experience in the following: Complete Tech I, Tech II, Tech III System and component integration Full Understanding of Communications (Serial + Ethernet) Full Understanding of Modbus (RS485/RS232) Connect Devices Via Communications or Wiring Full Understanding Attend Idec Training Advanced Advanced Equipment Commissioning Modify HMI Programs from A to B Modify PLC Programs Advanced Attend E&H University Ability to work in a team environment or alone with minimal supervision Be able to communicate verbally and in writing to other team members, as well as customers Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook) Be able to pass a physical and drug screen including random drug screening Experience:
